Choose from our extensive menu of beautifying salon treatments and exquisite spa services. At Hot Spot Tan & Spa we have gone the extra mile to create a relaxing atmosphere for you. Our goal is to make your visit enjoyable, so please be courteous to other guests and follow a few simple tips:
Appointments: All of our services require a valid credit card or gift certificate number at the time of booking to reserve your appointment time. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Cancellation / Rescheduling: We understand that sometimes you cannot make your appointment, so please provide 24 hours notice for all cancellations. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations. No shows will be charged in full.
Gift Certificates: Are valid for a specified dollar amount and good for six (6) months from the date of purchase. They are not redeemable for cash. Hot Spot Tan & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Special Considerations: In order to provide a relaxing spa experience, we ask that you silence your cell phones before entering the salon. In addition, we ask that you please leave children at home unless they are receiving a service.
Gratuities: We're often asked about gratuities. Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity (customarily 10 - 20%) that may be added at the time of checkout. Note that gratuities are not added to services, spa packages or parties.
